Working With MOSS: The Process

From first contact to installation, here is what to expect.

First, reach out. Email us with your project details—room dimensions, ceiling height, intended use. Photos help. We respond within 24 hours.

Next, we discuss. We ask questions about your space, your aesthetic preferences, your functional needs. We suggest collections and configurations that might work. This is a conversation, not a sales pitch.

Then, we specify. We provide detailed recommendations with technical drawings and firm pricing. For complex projects, we offer video consultations to review options.

Once you approve, we produce. Lead time is 4-6 weeks. Every piece is fabricated, finished, and tested in our Berlin studio.

Finally, we ship. We use specialized freight for safe delivery. Installation is straightforward—standard junction box mounting—but we provide detailed instructions and are available for support.

The process takes time. But the result is lighting built specifically for your space, with quality that mass production cannot match.
