The lead time differs usually between 2-6 weeks, depending on the product. Generally, each lamp is made by hand to order. We try to keep a certain amount of products on stock, please check if the product is available for short term shipment directly here on our online shop or send us an e-mail to info@mossobjects.com to inquire.

Yes! Due to the nature of our made-to-order production we are able to fulfill a lot of wishes in this regard. Please get in touch with us about your project and ideas. We can realize custom finishes and even change size and shape to a wide degree.
Our lights are exclusively Handmade in Germany as they require significant crafts skills to make. The mechanical and electrical components we use such as sockets, LED modules and cables come aside Germany mainly from Sweden and Italy.

When contacting us regarding contract projects, please provide as much detailed information regarding the project, technical requirements, possible customizations, quantities and lead times as possible.
Our lights for the North American market are built according to UL standards with UL listed components which we import from the USA, but they are not officially UL certified. For US clients who wish for their light to be UL listed, we cooperate with workshops in the US which are licensed to certify the light officially (both regular and custom pieces). This service is subject to an additional fee. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this possibility.
We are proud of the quality of our pieces and therefore offer a 14 days full money back guarantee for standard pieces in case you are not satisfied. The condition is that the pieces must be sent back undamaged and on your own costs in the original packaging. Customized versions are excluded from any returns.
