Do you ship worldwide?
Yes - we ship worldwide from Berlin, Germany via DHL, FedEx, and UPS; overseas transit is typically about one week.
We ship directly to customers in the EU, North America, and worldwide. Transit times and carriers depend on destination and piece. If you need a specific delivery window, please contact us before ordering so we can advise the best option.
What are your lead times?
Most pieces ship in 6–12 weeks; rush may be possible.
Each lamp is hand-made to order. Typical lead time is 6–12 weeks depending on the model and finish. We sometimes hold limited stock for short-term shipment - check the product page or email us for current availability. For tight deadlines, tell us your required date; we’ll confirm feasibility before you purchase.
How can I receive a quote / place an order?
Email info@mossobjects.com with items, finishes, quantities, and your location.
To receive a quote or place an order, share the product names, quantities, finish preferences, delivery address, and your contact details. We’ll reply with pricing, lead time, and shipping options.
Are you able to customize your pieces?
Yes! Sizes, shapes, and finishes can be customized.
Because we build to order, we can realize custom finishes and adjust dimensions or proportions within technical limits. For custom projects, please see Custom and share drawings or references so we can scope feasibility, lead time, and pricing.
Where are your pieces made?
Designed and hand-made in Germany with premium European components.
Our pieces are hand-crafted in Germany. Mechanical and electrical components are sourced primarily from Germany, Sweden, and Italy.
Do you offer special conditions for contract orders?
Yes. We offer a trade program for retailers, architects, and interior designers.
For contract projects and volume orders, we can provide trade terms. Please share project scope, technical requirements, quantities, customization needs, and timelines so we can quote accurately.
Are your lights CE/UL certified?
(EU/Intl): Built to CE and relevant EU safety standards.
(US): Built to UL standards with UL-listed components; official UL listing available via partner (extra fee).
For North America, most of our lights are built to UL standards with UL-listed components. If you require an officially UL-listed fixture, we partner with licensed US workshops who can certify both regular and custom pieces for an additional fee. Contact us for details.
Do you accept returns?
14-day money-back guarantee for standard pieces; custom pieces are final sale.
If you’re not satisfied with a standard piece, return it undamaged in original packaging within 14 days for a refund (shipping back at your cost). Customized versions are excluded. Please contact us before returning.
Can I get material samples?
Yes - Sample kits cost 50€ and are fully reimbursed when you order a lamp.
Write to us with the finishes you’d like to see. We’ll confirm availability and shipping options.
Can I install your lights by myself?
Installation should be done by a licensed electrician.
We provide mounting instructions with each fixture. If you have site-specific questions (ceiling type, junction box, drop length), please share photos or drawings in advance so we can advise.
Bulbs, Dimming & Voltage
Standard dimming: TRIAC for 220 V markets, 0–10 V for 110 V markets. DALI or Casambi available on request.
For the best result, tell us your dimming system (e.g., leading/trailing edge, 0-10V, DALI, smart dimmers) and your mains voltage (110–120V or 220–240V) so we can confirm compatibility or recommend drivers. Please also refer to the spec sheets which you can download on the product page of each light.
Warranty, Repairs & Spare Parts
2-year warranty. We support long-term repairs and spare parts.
If something happens during or after the warranty period, contact us with photos and the order number. We’ll propose repair or replacement options.
Taxes, Duties & Invoices
Taxes and duties vary by destination.
Orders to non-EU countries may be subject to import duties and taxes collected by the carrier. We do provide commercial invoices and EORI/VAT details on request. EU orders include VAT where applicable.
Sustainability & Care
Built for longevity, designed for repairability and spare-part support.
Our hand-crafted approach minimizes overproduction. We design for maintainability (replaceable components where feasible) and provide care guidance to extend product life.
