The three collections — Dune, Emily, and Kosmos — are designed from the outset to accommodate custom lighting configuration requests: adjusted dimensions, non-standard mounting solutions, modified cable lengths, and project-specific groupings.

Dimensional adjustments are the most common — enlarging a Dune shade for a hotel lobby, compressing a Kosmos form for a tight alcove. These are handled within the standard production workflow and do not significantly extend lead times.

Mounting modifications address specific ceiling conditions: concrete ceiling plugs with minimal canopy depth, exposed track systems, remote driver positioning, or integration with building management systems. We produce detailed mounting drawings for every custom project.

Scale and Dimension

The Dune family offers the widest range for scaling. We have produced Dune shades at three times the catalogue dimension for a hotel lobby installation requiring presence across a twelve-metre ceiling height, and at less than half standard size for low corridors where the standard proportion would have felt oversized. The forming process is the same at all scales — hand-pressed sheet metal — which means surface quality and shadow behaviour remain consistent regardless of how far the proportion departs from standard.

Hospitality and Contract Projects

Custom lighting configuration for hospitality projects often combines multiple collections in a single scheme. A dining room might use Dune Curve over the bar, Emily pendants over individual tables, and Kosmos in the corridor — each collection doing specific work at dimensions suited to its context.
